theweaselkingU.S. District Judge Lawrence Karlton ruled that the Pledge of Allegiance's reference to one nation "under God" violates school children's right to be "free from a coercive requirement to affirm God."
This is the same case that was rejected by the US Supreme Court last year on procedural grounds, re-filed with the problem fixed.
Apparently he objects to the "One nation, under ZOD" clause.
