Jeb Bush (junior, not the Governor) arrested, charged with public intoxication and resisting arrest.

He's just following the family tradition, there - statutory rape, breaking and entering, fraud and drug trafficking, and we haven't even started talking about his uncle.

Yes. Yes it can.

There are some extremely stupid cases where exactly this can and has happened.

And regardless of it not being anything that *should* be against the law, it's still a serious crime in the USA if you're poor and not related to a Governor.

If it helps any, he should probably have been charged with indecent exposure, too.
