Incidentally, that cow has been flying in the Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta for at least ten years, but is based in New Mexico, not Texas.
There are other unusual balloons flying there, including a cactus, a pair of piggy banks (male and female), a stork flying through a cloud, and Smokey the Bear (unfortunately Smokey was damaged in a recent accident and may not fly this year).
