Quoth Bush: We don't torture people - but we need to be allowed to torture people, because this is a war on Terra. And torture is a weapon in that war, and we need all our weapons to conquer Terra. And torture is only done by a few bad apples in that one prison, or maybe in two prisons, or maybe in all the prisons, but it's a few bad privates and not ordered from above even though it's happening everywhere to all prisoners in all kinds of secret prisons where he hide prisoners from the Red Cross. And that's good thing, because we have a war, a war on Terra.
