Yeah. I mean, they killed off the whole fucking game system, and these things survived?

Worse than cockroaches.

(Obligatory: White Wolf brought it on themselves by bringing back Malkavians, Assamites, and Lasombra. I have very little sympathy.)

You know what's really depressing? What's really depressing is that this bloodline actually has a quality write-up and a reasonably-constructed Discipline that's built around a single theme...

Ah, yes, one of the reasons I quit LARPing.

(The other is that LARPing is in and of itself a fucking stupid waste of time.)

Pretty much, yup. It's like gaming, but with a whole crowd of people you wouldn't otherwise let into your home, let alone voluntarily spend hours interacting with.

Not allllllways. Admittedly, there is a Child of Boppo (and some others that must be hoping to join the bloodline) in our Cam Forsaken game, but thanks to the great storytelling and the numerous other, quality players it's usually a good time. Although, one nice thing about Forsaken is that the nature of the game divides the characters into packs, so we're generally able to divide ourselves according to who wants to play with whom...Requiem makes it much harder to avoid the Munchkins.

This is the reason I don't LARP in Ottawa. Unlike most cities where the number of Boppos is generally limited to one, the disease seems to be viral and highly infective in this city. Everyone seems to be exponentially "touched by Boppo" in the games I've tried (except for a few rare exceptions).

Games are supposed to be fun things you do with friends, not open casting calls for the annoying and socially inept. But that's just my opinion.

Well, it's true.

I mean, look. No typos. Right there that puts it head-and-shoulders above most of the homebrewed bloodlines I've seen.
