how can they dictate who can live in their town? I don't see how this could be passed by the general public. But then again, if someone knows about these laws & moves to a town what did they expect?
Damn, I guessed wrong on the source for that one. (It is Wednesday.) I can't see how that would hold up in a court, but the fact that it was even considered is rather depressing.
When the local govt pays my mortgage, they can start dictating who can and can't live in my house. Anyone else meets my 12 Gauge Business end for trespassing, which is a hell of a lot more legit than this stupid married couple law.
