We're not actually sure this guy was a Christian. After all, he appeared to be attempting to demonstrate God's nonexistence, not omnipotent omnibenevolence.
I just couldn't resist the tagline. The Chinese crazy last year who fed himself to the lions while trying to "witness" to them was Christian, though.
I am reminded of a radio news story i heard years ago, where two men in India snuck into a tiger's cage and tried to pin a garland on it (due to a "religious" vision)... oh yeah, they were both drunk... The tiger batted the first man away with it's paw. So the second man, deided that it's going to defend his friend from the mildly annoyed animal and kicked it in it's head. The tiger mauled that man...
