Incorrect! I have to provide my username/pass every time. I CANNOT log in and then post freely, and I cannot check the Log In button. If I do, I get an "invalid form submission" error when I try to post.

Ah. Now I understand.
You have to log in to post. You just can't *be* logged in when you try.
