Nov. 3rd, 2006 10:51 pmDespite US Army's best efforts to stonewall the issue, Steven Green, a US Soldier who raped and murdered a 14-year-old girl and then killed her whole family, has been charged with murder.
For some reason, he's being charged and tried in the USA, not in Iraq, so there's very little chance of actual justice being done, but it's a start.
