So, Hugo Best Dramatic short form 2015: Community, S6 E10, RV Repair And Palmistry.

It's a time travel story, it's excellent, and it makes up for the unconscionable loss of Remedial Chaos Theory to A Terrible Episode Of 'Doctor Who' By An Idiot Who Can't Write, which won that year despite being terrible.

But Community? Is excellent. And S6E10 deserves the Hugo for Best Dramatic Short Form. It's way better than any of the other recent nominees
