A music request.

I need new music. I want new music that sounds kind of like this.

Complicated, grindy, tightly played, rhythmic - the kind of thing I can put on my headphones and turn way up, without atonal or boring crap getting in the way of my listening. Just for the record? When you start getting into "blastbeats" and there stops being a melody, that's too much.

Who's got some recommendations?

Well, if you like Sammael, there's Tiamat and Lycia. Pretty much anything in the goth side of the Doom Metal spectrum should do ya.

You can always try looking for podcasts in this genre. My music tastes changed a few years back and I was flailing until I started subscribing to all sorts of podcasts and I found what I was looking for. If you find a podcast with this song on it, the odds are good it will have other songs you like. I use iTunes but there are other options, and you do not need an iPod, just anything that can play an MP3, even just your computer.
