Interesting interview.

By Odom's definition, the USA would count as not having a constitutional order, which he says "is an agreement on three things at least. Rules to decide who rules, rules to make new rules, rights the state cannot abridge." The state has shown itself willing and able to abridge the rights of US residents and citizens. And I think he knows it, and put it that way deliberately.

The USA is one that *had* a constitutional order, however, and one where the willingness of the current junta to violate that does not yet guarantee that they can get away with it, only that they have gotten away with it so far.
