I've fallen in love with RSS and ATOM and all the other feeding services.

You should, too. BBC and Yahoo news, automatically added to their own folder in your bookmarks menu as they are posted to those sites, here:

BBC
Yahoo News

...and a few million others. Live Bookmark is such a great feature, that even if there were no other reason to use Firefox, this one would make it worthwhile.

How exactly do you use these? I've set them up, but havn't seen how they differ from a regular bookmark.

In Firefox, go to Manage Bookmarks, and choose New Live Bookmark.

Put in the name you want to label it, and the feed location. Click Okay.

You should have a new bookmark with an orange icon - click on it, and it should populate with all the recently syndicated items.

Alternately, on a web page that supports autofeeds, there will be the same orange icon in the bottom right-hand corner of the browser, on the Status bar. Click that, and you can automatically Live Bookmark the site. Not all sites with feeds support this, however.
