Ciudad Juarez: A city that, over the last 15 years, has had (experts say) *at least* three highly prolific serial killers, all with the same MO, all operating at once, and the police have utterly failed to stop them - to the tune of 300 deaths, and many, many more missing young women.

Nope. But she's been living in San Diego, studying Muay Thai and receiving firearms training from an ex-marine sharpshooter.

I find it interesting that they're finally admitting that the Cuidad Slayings are the work of at least 3 serial killers. Personally, I think it's a lot more.
