Did anyone consider that perhaps they just happened to get two very intelligent 6 year olds and/or two particularly stupid stoners? Yeah, the "study" is kind of amusing (particularly the kids' responses), but it's also more than a bit on the dumbass side.
Not only that, but it seems that the tests were performed whilst the stoners were high. They would have likely gotten very different results had the stoners been sober at the time. There were many comments on the page to that effect; it seems this "study" is a bunch of crap with no regards towards proper scientific procedure.

Yeah, there's no question that it's about as unscientific as you can get - but beyond that, it just seems infantile and incorrect. I've been stoned and performed complex operations, done well at video games, written detailed and complicated essays and performed all kinds of tasks, which require far more discernment than these stoners were asked to perform. I think that if you can't tell the difference between a banana and a phone while you're stoned, you're probably pretty idiotic when you're sober, too.

I agree with you that the point is that people are dumber than kids, whilst stoned, but I'd argue that (at least based on these tests), they just happened upon two particularly stupid pot-smokers.

Taking it as a joke, it is actually pretty funny, and I can remember times when people I am hanging out with have been as stupid as Bob.
