theweaselkingBuilding downtown - most likely the Duke of Somerset, given the location and the renovations, catches fire, collapses.
CBC.ca doesn't have the address. The radio does, however, report that it's the corner of Bank and Somerset. That corner + renovation = The Duke.
ADDENDUM: Radio news sez I'm right, it's the Duke. There's a worker trapped under the wreckage, in a Bobcat.
ADDENDUM PART THE SECOND: They got the guy out safe.
