I attended a Blackwater course a few years back, and the t-shirt I got at the time has since faded. Since you weren't getting any use out of yours, I was going to offer to buy it if it fit. Unfortunately, I don't think it will.
I have never met the CEO, so can't really comment about him. But I can safely say that the instructor cadre and operators I trained with were very professional and highly skilled - and none were particularly religious or bigoted (this includes people that I've kept in touch with since).
