Don't tell anyone I told you this, but Italy doesn't actually have a government. They just let those guys in the senate think there is one so they can keep all the screaming and frothing at the mouth off the streets.
Besides, everyone really knows that Italians are really lead by their mothers.
Gah, Italy is good at pulling this crap, there's a reason why Berlusconni is considered something a mob boss (the humour was very... pointed when he last held European presidency)
