Bad job of photoshoping - even I can tell the cat looks fake and I'm not good at spotting photoshops. Don't know why they did it, the kid and the fish is good on its own.

Also, kitty's eyes in the reflection are looking at the fish, but in the reflection they're staring straight ahead.
