That's marvelous. What a wonderful catch, beautifully done.

What the heck are at the bottom of the fox's front feet? Red potatoes? How odd. Neat creation though... at least I find it hard to believe it's a real photo like so many of the others seem to readily be.

I'm going with "badly shopped" myself.

The fox looks just a little out of place, and those front feet are a dead giveaway.

Which is too bad, because it's a nice picture.

Hmmm...depth of field and atmospheric effects look right, and I don't see any evidence of anything but good basic photography in her other photos, so I'm going to go on believing that this was just a very good moment when all the elements fell into place. Such moments are rare and often mediated by crouching behind a rock for 3 hours, but they do happen.

The lighting on both animals is very much out of place, and the posing on the fox doesn't look even a little real.

Agreed.

Also, the squirrel looks pasted-in to me.

...basically I think that if you took out the animals (returning the picture, I speculate, to its original state) nothing would look unnatural.

I mean, look at her other photos...this is someone who's a bloody genius at capturing the right moment.

Not that this means this photo couldn't be an experiment in photoshopping...the text is not in English. But I'd very much doubt any attempt to be deceptive.

Ah well, I guess unless one of us reads whatever language the text is in and can ask about it, we'll just have to go on speculating. Or not.

I'll just go in liking the image anyway. :-)

#1: She doesn't take the pictures. Like me, she's a photo-poster, but doesn't take them herself.
#2: She *does* post interesting shops.

Agree with the above. The light on the squirrel comes in low and from the left (much like the trees), it's the fox's lighting that throws it (fox has high/rear lighting). Feet are the dead giveaway on both critters. The composition is fairly good, tho.

Oh I'm so glad that other people noticed this was photoshopped. I kind of felt like I was taking crazy pills for a moment.
