I don't know enough about shrimp to tell if the shrimp(?) on the bottom of the tank have also been eaten by the octopus, or if it's normal for them to look like that. Or if they're just shed skins or something. All the shrimp I ever see are cooked.
The one on the left that's turned white is a dead, uneaten shrimp. The one on the right is probably the same since live shrimp don't usually position themselves like that. Shrimp molts, unlike crabs, usually have a really obvious split in them in the middle. Or so goes my experience with freshwater and brackish shrimp. Full marine shrimps might be different.
