As to getting it, the "Where To Get Some!" section lists five of what I assume are pubs, four in Cornwall and one in Hampshire.

Marble Brewery (http://www.marblebeers.co.uk/) do a "Ginger Marble" beer about the same strength and potency, if I remember rightly because their website has no info whatsoever other than a few phone numbers.
