The assets a company has are not necessarily how much the company is worth, and it may have moved or transferred them to -- for example -- the parent company.

They don't own any music rights. They distribute the works of individual performing arts entities *coughcoughcough* making the covers and collect fees and administer licensing fees *coughcoughcough* to the original artists / authors of the works being covered.
