Thank you, thank you very very much. I was very angry at the Yahoo news one. I figured out *kind* of what they were talking about, but only because I'm a biology grad student whose faculty won't shut up about Evo-Devo. This one is much better. :)
This is basically the overwhelming message in any of Crichton's work that deals with applications of advanced science - 'Don't do it, or you probably won't live to regret it.'
