It's the mention of "the best healthcare system in the world" that amuses me most. Ignoring the insurance premiums entirely, their government spends more on healthcare per capita than many others to have a less healthy populace.
Add to this that they really aren't terribly interested in socialism. Our right-wing opposition party in the UK is the "Conservative party" and they are actually possibly less right-wing than Barack Obama (and certainly less than the Democrat party as a whole) lol!
