I thought this was going to be much, much worse than it is.

Zardoz was so very much not one of Sean Connery's better films (or looks).

Are you kidding me?! Zardoz (aka Sean Connery breaks set pieces and plays it off) has got to be the best movie ever. = P I want a Zardoz head I can hide in cabinets and stuff.

I was attempting to describe Zardos to my project manager once. He googled it. At work. Then he screamed, shut down the browser, and yelled at me in case HR saw his browser history and sacked him. I pointed out the main HR guy was camp as a row of tents and would probably have seen it all before. Plus it's a movie, and not even a porn movie. totally work safe - if not sanity safe.
I dont think i'm yet forgiven.

I love the zardos dog. LOVE IT.the detail is magnificent.

I have only ever seen Zardos while high. It made perfect sense, and seemed very deep and philosophical and meaningful. I'm not crazy enough to watch it sober.

What always gets me is that Connery's body appears to be made up of at least 90% happy trails.
