Anyone in Scotland, or the UK in general, capable of taking in a lovely 3yo German Shepherd? He's friendly and intelligent, but undertrained and slightly neglected - some basic attention should fix the last two. His current family is moving away and leaving him behind, and the neighbours can't take him but would hate to see him dropped at a shelter.
