Good question. The host site has nothing on it but the picture and a link to a different hosting site.

It is, however, not Canadian. The site is a ".ch" - Switzerland.

Not all of Canada is like that. Fo course, you'd have to be able to handle the rain.

That depends on what you mean by "a lot". It's going to ease up to just "light showers" on thursday and friday.

Take a look at that forecast. 5 days of forecast, 5 days of rain.

Look at the extended forecast. More rain.

In fact, in Vancouver it starts raining in late October and ends sometime in June. For two days. The sun comes out and there are accidents all over the city as the pre-moistened cave dwellers' sensitive eyes are burned by the infernal daystar. Then it rains until the 4th of October, which is Weather Machine Refuelling Day (a provincial holiday - no accidents that time, because everyone is home and being paid to get drunk) and the sun comes out again for twelve hours or so. Then there's drizzle until the machine ramps up to speed again, and we restart this paragraph.

That's not quite true. The rain slows down in May, stops in mid-June, then we have no rain at all for two to three months during what we like to call "forest fire season", then it starts up again.

My car looked like that once. Kind of a crappy picture, but it was dark when I got the idea to go on a photo shoot.
