A stopped clock is right twice a day. With few exceptions, a clock
that is running perfectly is never right (it will just always be off
by exactly the same amount). A clock that is running backwards will
be right more than twice a day. A clock that is running fast will
sometimes be right; if it is running double speed it will be right
twice a day. In fact, the further from correctly a clock is running,
the more often it is right. If a clock were running infinitely fast
backwards, it would be right an infinite number of times a day.
These are just things I think about.
