Detecting which social networks your visitors are logged into, via holes in their privacy protection.

Or, in the case of Facebook, via an API specifically created to allow websites to determine if you're logged into Facebook. But that's not the point.

Interesting - apparently, NoScript causes it to mess up. I don't even have a Twitter account, and it says I'm logged in to that but didn't pick up that I've got Gmail open in another tab.

Edit: OH NO WAIT apparently, I'm an idiot - that's an example picture.

Yeah. Now, NoScript *does* break his example - but if you allow it to run, it should work. Adblock, Ghostery, and several other addons can also break it.

I have Ghostery and AdBlock enabled on this Mac, running Safari, and the demo page identifies me as being logged in to all three sites.

Must depend on your settings, since it's detecting nothing from me, even after I allowed it.
