So many people are apparently constitutionally incapable of telling me what they want, this morning. Yes, I get that it's not important. I understood that before you interrupted me to ask. What is it? Yes, I get that it's not time-critical and can wait if I'm busy. Fine. I'm busy, and you've already interrupted me, so what do you want? Yes, I *know* it can wait, but you're here. You're talking to me. You're keeping me from finishing what I was doing, you've already broken my concentration, you're already interrupting me. TELL ME WHY THE FUCK YOU DID IT, ALREADY, OR I WILL FEED YOUR CHILDREN TO MICE.

For bonus points: While you're at it, for the not-important not-critical not-time-sensitive task, explain why you didn't just fucking email it to me. Or open a ticket. Both of those would have gotten me the details, faster, in a way that didn't stop me from doing the other work THAT YOU ARE CURRENTLY INTERRUPTING WITHOUT ACTUALLY EXPLAINING, YOU DITHERING ASSGOBLIN.

At this rate I'm going to go full-on Doktor Vik "Civilised people use the TELEGRAM rather than making me come ALL THE WAY HERE only to tell me that IT IS THE ZOMBIES AGAIN" sometime this morning, and I don't think they'll get it.

I agree so much to this! if it's not urgent send an email, a memo, a little note, leave a message - don't waste my time and interrupt what I'm doing (y'know, urgent stuff) to tell me how much you're totally wasting my time and how little you're worth the attention you're forcing me to pay!
