Useful. "How long it keeps once opened" (AKA the "no, don't buy in quantity") is an incredibly important metric that usually gets overlooked.

Depends on 'will it freeze' for some quantity stuff, but even then yes. Not overly long. Does make it more expensive for the single person though.
