Date: 2016-09-12 07:39 pm (UTC)From what I can tell (based on what I just checked of the Norwegian election law for municipalities), Fenriz was #11 on the ballot for Venstre (the Norwegian liberal party, for European values of liberal), and the party received two seats in the Oppegård council (out of 31), from 914 votes. The first six names on the ballot for Venstre each received 228.5 "candidate votes". Since he's a substitute, I assume that he ended up among the top six names on the ballot, ie at least 229 Norwegians made a mark by his name on the ballot.
(Yes, the Norwegian system for election of individual candidates looks quite a bit messy. Not that the Swedish one is much better, last I looked.)
