Ohio judge rules that the state's new consitutional ban on same-sex marriage also prevents domestic violence charges from being laid against straight couples, dismisses charges.

Of course, he's right, it *does* say that - but, hey, it's OKAY if some of them unmarried folks get beat up and killed. They shouldna bin livin' in sin, hyuck! As long as them fags don't get no rights.
