The House Jacks - an entirely acapella rock and roll band. Samples here.

Their cover of Kashmir is especially... interesting.

[Edit]: Apparently the guy whose distorted voice is the drum machine was one of the programmers on System Shock - the second-greatest computer game of all time. You MUST buy his music. It is obligatory.

I was all set to thank you for locating the great a capella band who did that version of "Crash Into Me" that I've been trying to track down, but after listening to the free snippet of said song, these are not the droids I'm looking for.

And as far as a capella rock covers go, these guys are nothing special. I've recently picked up a couple of collections from BOCA (Best of College A Capella) from Amazon, and the arrangements range from inspired to acceptable. I'd shop around a bit more before I picked up one of these "House Jacks" all-tenor singalongs.

A capella rock covers are not something I've encountered a lot of. That being the case, these guys are kinda neat.

And the System Shock connection is just plain coooooooool.
