There's a big fundie church about a mile down the road from me with a gigantic lighted cross in their parking lot. It glows blood red, and is one of the most hideous things I've ever seen.

This one, at least, is a pretty color.

It's on the top of Mount Royal. It's visible from most of the city that shares the name.

I've always thought of it as completely tacky, but the natives seem to disagree.
