Sandstorm, Iraq, supposedly real. Snopes put up a "We have no information about these images" a few days ago.

Looks reasonable enough from here. Dust/sand storms can get huge if you have a big flat area for them to build up over. And Iraq is a big flat area filled with sand and dust.
