Canadian politics at it's classiest: Harper forces vote to end the day early while not everyone is present just because he can, Martin schedules an every-vote-is-critical motion to coincide with a member of the opposition's cancer surgery... and the *single* swing vote in the Commons is making demands for military action or he'll break the government, because, voting along party lines, he's got the deciding vote.
