Filthy bus-people!

When I request bus tickets from Point A to Point D, along the schedule I have created from your website that involves stops of an hour in Point B and 40 minutes in Point C, perhaps the tickets you actually print should not take me to point Q with an *11-hour layover* before dropping me in D A DAY AND A HALF LATE.

torrain and I checked the connection times on the tickets themselves, because while going through Detroit is perfectly sane and sensible when you're driving, it's much easier to go through Cleveland on the bus, which is WHAT I ORDERED.
The nice person at the counter was shocked at how stupid her predecessor was, though, so it's getting fixed and I don't need to kill somebody.

Here are the tickets that match the schedule you printed off our website, and there's no extra charge (even though the route you wanted and are getting is usually more expensive than the route you initially bought).
