That supports my theory that clouds are held up by the tallest object. Old photos of Manhattan showed the top of the Woolworth building peeking out from the clouds, then the Empire Building held up the clouds, then the World Trade Center twin towers. The Manhattan clouds are lowere again since they're back to Empire State Building height.
