theweaselkingGovernor of Kentucky Ernie Fletcher issues blanket pardons to all people associated with his administration who may have committed crimes - then announces (on TV) his intention to plead the 5th Amendment to any and all questions, then stonewalls the grand jury.
Just remember. Fletcher ran on a platform of "cleaning up state government" and, like all recently-elected Republicans, ran a dirty campaign full of lies about his opponent.
