That's right, the Red Cross aren't allowed in, but Blackwater Security has 150 troops on the ground with their own supplies being brought in by helicopter.

Civilians in New Orleans aren't allowed to have guns of any sort - pistols, rifles, shotguns, nothing - but Blackwater's *civilians* have M-16s and the cops don't care.

I belive aimisdirty has certs from them. From what he says, I wouldn't try to take their rifles away either.

Yeah, but it's not currently your job to take guns away from civilians in New Orleans; it is theirs.

(That said, I think the point was more that the cops are making an exception for X specific subgroup of civilians, not that they're scared of the professional mercenaries.)
