Date: 2005-09-16 08:56 pm (UTC)The only example I can think of of TLC being a typical repressive megacorp (ie, pulling a Disney) was when that Polish artist manufactured the Auschwitz sets. And even there it wasn't that he made concentration camps, complete with 'showers'and incinerators, out of lego bricks (although that was not their favourite thing ever), but they had a problem with him actually making forged set boxes that looked so much like real lego boxes that several news outlets got confused.
And even in that case they didn't take legal action, in the end, AFAIK.
