Doesn't matter. Bush comes off looking like an even bigger ass no matter what he does. it's either "Oh, i see, you only protect Texas, not states you're not from" or it's "What? After the first time you somehowe STILL failed to take action?!"
True. I'd try to muster up a shred of pity, had it not been for the fact that whatever he catches, he still deserves from the last go 'round. May not be fair in a standard sense, but it's karma.
