What animal is in that x-ray? It looks vaguely cat-like, but it also looks to me like the fell beasts the Nazgul rode (well, with a shorter neck), so I may not be the best judge.
The cat with a needle is scarey. I had a cat swallow needle and thread one time, but the needle went into her stomach and was eventually pulled out without serious injury. That one doesn't look so good.
