I just got that from TruthOut too.
Unfortunately, maybe this kind of blatant fascism is what will be required to make it stop.

Somehow, supposedly, requiring a permit to protest isn't violating the 1st admendment, because it isn't prohibiting anybody from protesting ... unless, of course, they don't have a permit.
