US Army investing in massive amounts of anthrax, anthrax-making-equipment, anthrax-infected-body disposal equipment, and sheep to text anthrax and body disposal on - to a military base where they were making weaponised, lethal anthrax for 30+ years, ending in 1998.

This does not bode well. It's also yet another violation of yet another international treaty, this one on nonproliferation of biological weapons.

Think about what would happen if, say, Russia, or Kazakhstan, or Venezuela, or Iran made this kind of purchase.

Nothing if it was Russia. They've got nukes.
Kazakhstan and Venezuela would get "liberated", of course.

I'd like to be optimistic and believe it was for the sole purpose of determining ways to combat a potential biological attack, but I really don't trust the US government that far any more. Not good at all.
