I grew up on the original stuff (even saw Get Smart parallels in one of the SIGGRAPH 05 features sunday night), the Inspector Gadget thing was a bit of a joke.

But he will be missed.

I liked Get Smart.

I just know people who have no idea who he was. They're sad, strange, bereft little creatures.
