"Why being into cats is essentially the same as being into psychotic tweakers."

Despite the awesomeness of the comparison, I disagree. Psychotic tweakers aren't cute, fuzzy, affectionate in a good way, and small enough for me to throw out the window with one hand should I feel the need to.

I must admit, though - if they were, I might keep one as a pet.

Psychotic tweakers could be cute and fuzzy ... if they didn't shave, I guess.

Cats can't pawn your stereo for speed. Though they ARE both capable of filling a room with some horrible stench...

Having lived with both, the advantage goes to...CATS!

See, keeping small furry animals in one's home is a clear indication of BRAIN DISEASE.

"affectionate in a good way"

Hmm, so your idea of "affectionate" is "be there when I want some affection and fuck off when you want some" eh?

Stupid cats...

Also "be small enough to pick up and demand attention from when I want some, and to evict if I don't".

Wait, does that also include "have the shit scratched out of you when you pick me up and demand attention that I don't feel like giving you" too?

Mine don't do that.

And, unlike dogs, they're known for their ability to poop without assistance or a need for me to open the door for them.

So there.

Neener neener neener.

Never in my experience.

Perhaps you've been dealing with tweakers *disguised* as cats.
