For consideration: Guy Fawkes was a *Catholic* extremist bomber, out to save the world from the corrupt "unchristian" government. This makes him, always, an excellent point to bring up when idiots try to claim that militant, murderous extremism is somehow unique to Islam.

Yup, and a great peace treaty. I'm off to where it was signed next weekend (again). This time, I'm going in to see it.

Overall, Guido gets a bad rep, but for the most part I agree. I just wish we didn't have to put up with all the damn fireworks every year.
